Brains are not computers, they do not work out equations with 1s and 0s using transistors, they are capable of modifying themselves and they work with synapses from several different types of neurons all of which are directly affected by phenomena on the quantum scale in the same way as the weather. It follows that although the vast proportion of our thoughts involve deduction there are random chaotic fluctuations in our brain that provides new stimuli thus allowing us to perform inductive reasoning, similiar to how radiation and carcinogens modify genes which are then tested through natural selection.
