I tried to stop being racist, but when I look at the Middle East and Africa I can't stop thinking their inhabitants are sub human. Please help!

I can try.  Let's go.  First of all, when you say "but when I look at the Middle East and Africa...", do you mean when I see them on TV, or have you been there.  If you haven't been to these places(I have) do you think you get enough information from media sources about what these people are like?  Can you really even know whether they exist?  Anyway, let's move on.  Sub-human.  This begs the question What is human.  I'm asking you.  And if they remain sub-human by your definition, could the differences be related to other influences like culture?  If you believe the differences are in fact racial, meaning genetic, please tell me what they are.  You can see where I'm going with this, but I'm ready to go through it with you.  Sure there are differences, cultural, genetic, and other kinds, but in the end it's just different groups of people, each at different stages of development, some better at some things and worse in others like all the rest.  Next problem:  But some are just plain backwards.  We're ahead in practically everything!  Maybe, for now.  We use Arabic numerals in the West 'cause there was a time when they were way ahead in math and science.  And even many staunch racists believe we're(the West)moving backwards right now.  How long can that go on before we start falling behind other groups?  Will being behind other groups in terms of technological, economic, or educational development make us Sub-human?

There's a reason for this.

Pretty much, you see blacks and arabs on the news and only on the news.  You rarely see them just going about their daily business.

They are stupid because their society is fail.  Their society must be improved which requires YEARS of integration and fighting against paranoia and superstition, and it's not only their side we have to worry about, we have to ditch our paranoia and superstition about them too.

However, when these people are finally and properly assimilated into liberal and democratic societies, they are very much just like us.  They work, pay taxes, eat, go shopping, watch movies....very much like us.  I mean look at blacks for example.  Yeah when you're just walking around you only notice the rowdy ones, but if you ever work around a group of black people you will start to get to know ones who don't follow, as I put it, "nigger culture".  I know this from experience.  I've hung out with cool black people and I've met some stupid fucking niggers.

But yeah, Africa and the Middle East are fucking shitholes caused by ass backwards religion and the fucking rape of their land by whitey, which helps fuel backwards religion even more.
