Lack of omnipotency however does not mean a total lack of knowledge, I do know that only some kind of fruity hipster could achieve that level of smug "IM A PARIAH OF OBJECTIVITY AND REASON" narcissism so there was some accuracy behind my original statement.
For the record most people are aware their beliefs are flawed, the thing is science is inherantly inconclusive so all beliefs are flawed. Maybe as a god of science you need not concern yourself with ideas such as "I am not perfect", but us mere mortals afflicted by fallibility and have to judge ideas by their merits.
