Who else is fed up with panicking because they thought they'd have to pay X amount because the tax code didn't make it clear that those scholarships weren't taxable as long as they were applied towards Tuition?

It's not just about taxes.  It's about taxes and SPENDING.  The SPENDING has to fucking STOP.
And as to taxes are "only" going up for the rich: PROTIP: rich people give you a job.  If they have less money, you have less of a chance of getting a job.
When you grow up and get out into the real world, you will understand things like this.
