Who else is fed up with panicking because they thought they'd have to pay X amount because the tax code didn't make it clear that those scholarships weren't taxable as long as they were applied towards Tuition?

A shift in the fundamental nature of the US state towards permanent and unfettered laissez faire free market. Possibly an amendment outlawing state controlled financial institutions such as the federal reserve and also institutions with partial state control such as government "sponsored" enterprises like Freddie Mac and Fannie May. They got us into this mess in the first place and now the entire country has to pay for their mistake. That's not fair.
