Burning leaves in the middle of the day and smoking up the homes of 100s of people is illegal, why should it be legal just because some AIDS infected hippies think it's political in some way? Flag burning is not a logical argument, flag burning is not a reflection on ethics, it serves no purpose. Of course you should have the freedom to burn it in the countryside but not next to babies who will inhale the fumes and die of lung cancer.
