what do you think about that one?

One month ago I went to the dentist and I've paid 300$ for a root canal treatment in two stages. He promised me that everything will bo ok with my tooth.
Two weeks later, after finish of all treatment I started to feel big pain in this tooth.I went to him again and he said that he need to pull out this tooth, because it's unable to cure it.

So, the problem is that he have taken a money for a root canal treatment, and after that he pulled out my tooth. Is it legal?
Do I have a right to take my money back?

I know that it is not politics thread, but politics it the closest one to the Law.

I paid to have my tires rotated and the guy is supposed to do a visual inspection and tell me if they're not allowed to rotate them if the tread is too bad, but he inspects the tread first and says he'll do it for free if I pay for a headlight cleaning, then when he's done he says the tires can't be rotated.

In europe we have 'fancy' things as 'public health insurance' and 'social security'.
Watch SickO if you want a piece of the puzzle.

Don't change these.
