Yeah, like we ever do anything.  Look, go to the south, talk to some radicals and then maybe you can get something done.

For what? Fulfilling contracts to its employees? Deciding not to break the contracts and having to pay higher default fees? Congress could have nullified the contract bonuses, they didn't. Congress could have let them fail thus allowing smaller more innovative business to expand, they didn't. Punish AIG, for what? Being a shitty business? there's no law against that. But what? "we gave them our tax money!" Do you bitch and ask for a refund when you make a bad investment, or gamble your money on Blackjack. That's my opinion on the matter.

I'd rather punish Congress for passing bailouts. So useless.

AIG should have been let go into bankruptcy.  Only the wealthy would have really suffered, which is specious, since as wealthy people their suffering wouldn't have ever meant that they missed a meal or ever felt rain or cold on their heads.
