For what? Fulfilling contracts to its employees? Deciding not to break the contracts and having to pay higher default fees? Congress could have nullified the contract bonuses, they didn't. Congress could have let them fail thus allowing smaller more innovative business to expand, they didn't. Punish AIG, for what? Being a shitty business? there's no law against that. But what?
