Puerto Rico's Governor for the '04-'08 term, Aníbal Acevedo Vilá has just been declared not guilty in San Juan's Federal District Court after almost a year (and four of investigation) of what has been known to be a case of political persecution courtesy the partisan-motivated Puerto Rican Federal District attorneys. If the current U.S. Department of Justice has any shred of dignity and decency they will get rid of these incompetent dipshits that started an investigation on a whim and continued on after recruiting a 3rd Grand Jury, wasting millions in tax-payers' money even after two previous Grand Juries had found no cause to prosecute. Let it be known that this investigation was approved by the last Bush administration's Department of Justice that was being run by the incompetent Alberto González. Justice and common sense has prevailed, hopefully action will be taken so no one else has to go through such an unfair and malicious process.
