The Second Great Depression

Now I am watching something on the History Channel about the current resection and how this could lead to depression. Someone please tell me if Obama's hope and change could prevent such things from happening. How the fuck am I going to get my action figure shop off the ground now?

Your reason for this whole "depression" is that the government failed to regulate?

It told banks to give loans to those who couldn't repay them.
It told GM to make smaller cars that no one would buy.

This entire economic "problem" is because the government decided to get involved in the private sector.
