Probably not the best way to go about requesting something like this, but I'd be elated to see this site attacked.
The site allows users to anonymously post "gossip" about others at a college.
This gossip seldom amounts to more than name calling.
You need to remember, however, that there is a rather large group of people too vain/stupid to take this with a grain of salt.
While I'm not worried about those folks, I do worry about the people who get in their way.
The broadcast idiocy can still be hurtful even if you stay away from it because it is impossible to avoid all people who do hold stock in it.
Even seemingly intelligent people can be taken in by the banter; who among you doesn't know someone who reads the tabloids?
What do I propose?
Well, it's a thread based site with anonymous posting.
Hmmmmmmm... sounds familiar...
Oh and the attack is meant to drive people away; I'd suggest really letting out the inner troll.
So please, if you're going to focus your energies on something destructive, why not assault a website that deserves it?
They are abusing the Anonymous ideal for corporate gain.
They are putting even more strain on a group already extremely susceptible to suicide.
They are reviving what I'd hoped my peers grew out of.
I don't expect this post to get much fanfare.
If you agree with my cause, please pay it forward.
You can probably tell I'm not particularly proficient with this type of forum.
I keep up with your work and enjoy a lot of the best-of screen shots.
I think I'm going to spam this a bit so I won't be keeping an eye on the thread.
