Are there any actual numbers that are based on the totality of crimes (and not just shitty surveys done) from any country?

tl;dr - Niggers aren't fully human. If you put 40,000,000 ape-like creatures in an advanced society, and tell them that they are "equal" with the humans, hilarity ensues...assuming you define "hilarity" as endless violence against the humans, which is covered up by the national media.
