Raw figures need not be adjusted, rather, if warranted like you say, explained. However, it seems raw figures are almost nowhere to be found if broken-down-by-race is what I seek.
I was specifically searching for reliable rape numbers, intra and interracial, in any country. Rape is usually a crime that has nothing to do with the presumed wealth of the victim. Or so they say. I want to check for myself the strength of the discrepancy between Black-on-White rapes and White-on-Black rapes, for instance, and the extent that Blacks target Whites, Whites avoid Blacks or a combination of the two.
However, the USDOJ statistics prove sort of unreliable for that. First of all, in the perpetrator category they lump in, er, Spics with Whites (Example:
http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/fugitives/boston/delacruz.htm ) while separating the White victims from Spic victims according to their methodology. If a White or Black person says 'A Spic raped me' it will get jotted down as White. Secondly, it is a shitty survey that makes grave statistical errors due to the small sample size in comparison to the crime.
So, I was wondering if anyone here knows of a place that properly records this shit, since this board is crazy enough to carry this type of discussions constantly.
