British VAT Cut

So, the Chancellor released his report today, and we are going to have a 2.5% VAT cut. This all looks good for the surface voters, but for the people who look further, you get repercussions in the future.

Tax raises, base rate increase, inflation. This is why Labour is bad at running the country. The Conservatives have the initiative, I think.

True that is why I am going to vote for the Conservatives, I mean they can't fuck up any more than Labour anyway. Naturally we would have to pay more taxes sooner or later to pay off the money that they are losing through the 2.5% VAT cut, although I do think this is a good idea, but I can not see us saving that much when purchasing a product or whatever. Still it's a lot better than what Obama, Feds and what not are doing so how can this be any worse, unless I'm missing something, which I no doubt am.
