United States Teacher/Parent Council

I am proposing a new system for the United States Educational System. We need to have a system where the teachers and the parents have meetings to discuss what goes on in the class room and grades the teachers on their performance. Students all have different learning methods that makes learning the material easier for them. These need to be recognized by the teacher in order to make sure the entire class does well.

For students that misbehave in class, there needs to be more parent/teacher meetings. Perhaps a monthly meeting with them to discuss what their children has been up too and allow them to fix their children's behavior. The Council shall consist of parents of the highest caliber. Possibly teachers who have children or just concerned parents and regular teachers.

They will take everything into account and determined how the teacher does in a variety of categories such as discipline methods, teaching methods, and among other things. Every teacher in the school will be required to join the Council and Union in order to report the dealings of the class room or maybe record the class for record.

American High School, for example, is more of a social breeding ground than education. This is why the European method of education is more successful. What America needs to focus on is education of it's youngest students and not what teachers demand even though they fucking decided to take this profession and all that is required of them to do so. People need to stop fucking having empathy for people who's it's their job they CHOSE. It's the teacher's responsibility for the students to learn the material and they need to stop fucking demanding shit when they choose to take that fucking profession.

I'm gonna take a swing here and say you're probably not the most qualified person to reform the education system.

He probably has experience, but he is probably starting out in his career.

I think we need an educational system like Europe, where they only teach you the required course you need in your choice of future. Seeing as American schools are just social breeding grounds, while European schools are for education.
