Wasn't obama the one who actually said the plan should return a payout to the tax payers should our investment in the economy restore or improve the situation?
Meanwhile mccain referred to it as a 'sacrifice' and made no mention of the tax payers other than 'protecting' them. Not implying how he would protect our 700 billion.
