I'm listening to some bitch on the RNC talk about Palin saying no to the "good ole boys" and only a "mother of 5 could know".

oh, and she's spouting off about how they "will show the boys what girls can really do!"

Oh god, now she's talking about Nascar and "gun toting". I wish I were making this up.

Point is, why is it bad now to be part of washington or to have experience? I'll be honest, I don't know much about politics, I watched cause of all the hype (Obamas black, Hillarys a girl). From what I've seen, every fucking politician is wearing Nascar hats and trying to make themselves look like they're "one of the good ole boys from Kansas" and going to Nascar rallies, etc. Don't we want government to be run by intelligent, well studied people? Not "JIMMY BOB FROM THE BAR". It's getting me pissed.

All of a sudden, Obamas bad cause people like him and he travels around the world. Why do Americans love having rednecks with funny trucker hats as president? It's all fucking talk.

Not a political party, moron, a political MACHINE.  The Chicago Democrats, and their cronies, control all the papers and TV stations, and have large enough majorities in all the relevant bodies that they are not only able to control which issues are viewed as important by the average plebe in Chicago, but are also able to, by and large, control the facts that constrain their lives.  And it has been this way for 60 years.

You vote after you die, you might be registered and not even know it, poll counts by third party orgs almost never match up with ballot counts the night after, and no one that isn't in the club ever gets anywhere.

Obama's community action group was just another arm of the Chi-town Machine, designed to groom him for later public office.

FDR gained the presidency after running a similar machine in New York, in the late '20s.

Palin fought and beat a similar Republican machine in Alaska, when she ran for governor.

So make your choice, the product of the machine, or someone who fought one?  Remember that FDR ran rampant over the rights of Americans, greatly expanding the power of the federal government, and EXTENDED the natural life of the Great Depression.
