What are they going to do? They are the lowest socio-economic class, they have no guns, they are barely in government (almost 0 in top government). Why try to justify something that need no justification? It's my belief that people's reproductive organs are their own property and whatever law you pass, people are gonna do what ever they want. Whatever race they are, their cock or pussy doesn't belong to the state or the whims of others.

Your line of thinking is that if someone can't come up with a good reason to allow something that law or society should have no control over in the first place, then it's not facism and therefore it's not wrong. This kind of thinking doesn't represent the west.
