Listen, the verdict is still very much out on what- if anything- IQ tests gauge when it comes to intelligence. What has been repeatedly said however, is that it can in no way be an indicator of intelligence on a genetic basis. What we know about intelligence itself is based on many assumptions and mostly environmental factors we think equal "success". It's all subjective. All that the test itself guages can be learned.

Secondly, what do these threads or lines of thought of accomplish, really? Shouldn't this thread be called "inter-racial marriage: what are you gonna fuckin' do about it except try to convince other morons to think like you on the internet?"

Pure ethics hardly exist (or are irrelevant) in the countries where issues like these flow in the undercurrent of (usually nationalistic) ideals. The facist society and beauacratic infrastructure needed to implement your ideas would certainly backfire and would be a step backwards as far as human progress goes.
