The only barriers to living are the language and the high cost of living. The first can be overcome with time, the second is not so bad considering how poorly the dollar is doing. Prices for food, rent and clothes are about the same. Some jobs are easier to get hired in as they trust new employees to have longterm commitment towards gaining experience, whereas US companies tend to hire based on experience first. Also, the roads are lined with H-manga and 24 hour Internet cafes. After observing the convenience and efficiency of transportation, business, and daily life, I have no more loyalty to the failed experiment that is the United States.
