Read Nietzsche's account on crime and punishment on societies. Perfectly describes what is going on in America these days.

Nietzsche was just another faggot who believed he could find the hidden meanings behind everything. The only difference is he proclaimed people who believed in the supernatural to be idiots, when he believed himself to have the supernatural ability to bypass logic and not have to prove his assertions. Essentially he was worse than the religions he criticised, at least religious people don't claim they are supermen.

hurrr im superman im special!!

Prime example of the last-man, his meager mental capabilities were clearly insufficient to understand what he was talking about, hence this grotesquely retarded post.

Also notice how the moron failed completely by crying over Nietzsche generally when a specific issue, crime and punishment, was addressed - but clearly the retard knows nothing about this. Surprising? No.

Oh yeah, how narrow minded of me to ask for facts to back up your assertions. I am such a conformist lemming.

My assertions? The only "assertion" I initially made, was that you should read Nietzsche's account on crime and punishment, on the genealogy of morals if I remember correctly - and your response was an abstract piece of bullshit which was before everything else irrelevant, and also formed from lack of knowledge - hence my latter "assertion" about what kind of person you probably are. Enjoy.

I assumed your assertions were the same as those espoused by your god in his account of crime and punishment and yes, I have read it, which motivated me to write >>5.

It shouldn't have taken much intelligence to realise this and I shouldn't have had to explain it to you.

Too bad you managed to totally skip the part which said your "response" was completely irrelevant. But don't worry, I'm sure you'll get it even if a bit slowly. Nietzsche's account of crime and punishment in societies had nothing to do with the concept of Uebermensch. I'll be back when you stop randomly crying about things you don't have an idea on, or when you learn to read properly and then learn what I'm talking about. Cheers.

Since Nietzsches work are almost entirely subjective his ideas on crime and punishment are as related to his concept of him being superman as the reality of crime and punishment.

You do realise we could be discussing the content of his accont of crime and punishment right now, but it seems you you prefer to scream "HUURRR YOU'RE CRYING YOU'RE A RETARD I HATE YOU" purely on the basis that I do not worship nietzsche.

Again, instead of reading and learning you are crying over irrelevant crap. I don't agree with Nietzsche on most accounts, however that doesn't change the fact that you are a complete retard who failed to read and understand every post here. Nietzsche's account of crime and punishment in a society doesn't have anything to do with the concept of superman, which I said and you would have known if you knew anything at all, not to mention you put in "him being superman", which again is even more retarded.

You do realize we could be discussing the contents right now, only if you weren't an ignorant retard who went on to expose his ignorance instead of shutting up or getting a book and learning what grown ups are talking about. Enjoy your retardation, buddy.

Ok let's take make a start and look at some major points outlined in the holy book of Nietzschslam concerning crime and punishment. First..

Ideas about crime and punishment vary and some are illogical therefore it all has no logical basis.
Fallacy. Most societies use several ideas to define crime and punish criminals and use all the reasons to justify and influence their policies on crime and punishment, not just one. Just because some are illogical it does not invalidate the logical policies. Just because some are based on morality rather than necessity it does not invalidate the policies based on necessity.
