i say yes

benefits:
less healthcare costs (cities=crime/pollution/lack of exercise)
higher productivity (no hangovers from clubbing)
more farm land will be used to produce useful products (food, bio-fuels)
cleaner environment
less house fires
less car accidents

Fuck you, countryside should be banned.  Cities are the only reason why we won't need to spend a ridiculous amount of money commuting everywhere.  Imagine having to drive 25 miles to the nearest grocery store when gas is $12 a gallon.
