Yeah, I know that feeling. If the government wanted better soldiers, they should train American kids in public schools to be less prone to American on American violence and they would also promote a healthy lifestyle without the pep-rally bullshit. DO you know how hard it is to get access to the weight-room dumb-bells at school? That always pissed me off.
When I was in the ARMY, they were brainwashing their soldiers by making them associate exercise with punishment. It's still going on today. Also fire-guard. Fucking fire-guard. Gay and religious people seemed to always get the best of everything in the military. I said "Fuck that, I'm too smart to be here" and then my drill sergeant kicked me out because of how independent I was. "Fuck free-dumb, I want to live".
