Hillary supporters: Should she concede?

As much as I'd like to see Clinton in office, I do not wish McCain to win the presidency.  However, face the facts - Hillary has a very slim chance at this point.  If it's inevitable that Obama wins the primary, we should at least refrain from further sabotaging his upcoming fight with McCain, rite?

Hillary would have had a much better shot at beating McCain than Obama.
McCain will crush Obama, by possibly 40 states.
