If gas hits $200/barrel...

How much do you predict it'll cost per gallon in the US?

I'd say $6-7 range..

Comparable to Europe..  oh wait, they have great public transportation and none of those ghetto suburbs..

A 55 gallon barrel of gas at $200 a barrel comes out to $3.63/gallon.

Oil co.'s make .09 on a gal, .03 for the seller, factor in state and fed. taxes, transport....meh, maybe 5 bucks.
