Congressional approval ratings have now reached the lowest point they have been in within the last 34 years. 76% of Americans disapprove of the job this democrat-controlled congress is doing, and only 18% approve. This is the lowest approval ratings since gallup initially started polling using this method back in 1974. Bush's approval rating is presently almost two times as high as is the approval rating of the current congress.
