Jews under Muslim rule

hey serious question.

In your opinion, what is the most significant historical event that has contributed to the conflict between the Jews and Muslims?

I need this for a paper I'm doing. I have my own ideas but i would really like to hear something from an outside source. Anything you guys have will be highly appreciated.

i dunno.  maybe when Israel fucking TOOK ALL THAT LAND BY FORCE back in the 1940s and then ATTACKED EGYPT FIRST AND TOOK MORE LAND in the 1960s and then ENSHRINED DISCRIMINATION INTO THEIR HIGHEST LAWS and then BAWWWED anti-semetism about all the people calling them out on it?
