Which Political Talk Show Host Do You Watch?

Name: Anonymous 2007-10-15 21:24

Sure they're all retards, but you probably watch at least one of them occasionally.  Who is it?

Lou Dobbs - "The government is trying to rape the middle class!"
Keith Olbermann - "You're an evil person if you aren't a liberal"
Bill O'Reilly - "Everyone is out to get me.  And you're wrong faggot!"
Glen Beck - "Holy shit Iran is going to rape us any minute now!"
(some other guy)?

I listen to Talk Radio more than I watch them on TV.

Neal Boortz - "GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS ARE PRODUCING INVALIDS! DEMOCRATS WANT TO CONTROL YOU!"

Paul Harvey - "EVER SINCE THE CREATION OF THE BOMB, THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS CIVILIAN CASUALTIES! KILL THE ARABS! P.S. - CHRISTIANS ROCK! P.S. - TAKE CITRACAL, CITRA AS IN CIRTRUS, CAL AS IN CALCIUM -- IT MAKES STRONG BONES!"

Bill O'Reilly - "SECULAR PROGRESSIVES, SECULAR PROGRESSIVES, SECULAR PROGRESSIVES -- THEY'RE DESTROYING AMERICAN VALUES!"

Dennis Miller - "Yeah, those erudite Liberals want to tell the President that he can't torture Radical Muslims?" (Miller is an educated and well spoken man with a vocabulary)

Michael Savage - "SO, IN SAN FRAN-SICKO THE COMMUNISTS WANT TO PUSH THEIR COCKSUCKING AIDS INFESTED AGENDA ON TRADITIONAL VALUES! I TELL YOU WITHIN THE NEXT 10 YEARS AMERICA WILL EXPERIENCE A DOWNFALL ONLY FELT BY THE ROMAN EMPIRE. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DYING -- JEAN PAUL SARTRE -- THAT FAGGOT COMMUNIST -- ONE WROTE "Insert quote taken out of context" AND IF YOU CAN'T SEE THIS THEN YOU'RE A DUMBASS AND YOU'LL NEVER GET IT -- I'M MICHAEL SAVAGE AND WE WILL BE BACK AFTER THIS BREAK!"

Michael Savage on the Liberal Ideology, just so you can get a taste of how LOL his rants are. I don't agree with most of his perspectives, but he certainly knows how to make a good polemical argument that gets right to the heart of what he feels.

I lol'd at the coffee rant.

Radio talk show host Rusty Humphries.

More moderate than the others and actually makes sense, though of course conservative.  I agree with him most of the time.

Christ matthews - Hardball. I love seeing him rip apart bullshit neocon arguments to shreds. You can tell hes upset with media in general including his own program which obviously faces outside forces directing him what to cover regardless of if he thinks its news worthy or important

John Stewart rips Tucker Carlson in half and shits out the other half.

Name: Anonymous 2007-10-16 3:52

John Stewart is in no position to claim that Tucker is having a bad impact on politics - for real.  I mean look at JOHN'S show.  People watch his shitty comedy show and then no doubt some will decide who to vote for based on what they see, when half of everything that goes on on Stewart's show is democrat-ass sniffing and stupid jokes.  There's nothing inherently wrong with doing a show like that, and that's why you don't see me ordinarily criticizing Stewart - but when Stewart has the gall to go out of his way to criticize OTHER people for supposedly 'hurting america' .... I mean for fuck's sake, John Stewart is doing more to 'hurt america' by encouraging large numbers of less-informed individuals to go vote for candidates, diluting the votes of people who are actually intelligent and informed.

Fuck off.  Stewart is able to poke so much fun at his targets since they are so outrageously bad in the first place.  By showing how ridiculous the Emperor looks without any clothes, Stewart is well serving our needs.

If you don't like him, just turn him off.  But you can't deny his message.  By doing so, you just appear to be a fucking partisan moron.  gb2limbaugh

Emperors are at the top of a very high hierarchy and their actions affect everyone beneath them. Would you rather our emperor spend his time working out instead of studying, debating and performing his imperial functions?

Name: RedCream 2007-10-16 4:07

We live in a Democratic Republic, not an Empire.  If you insist there's an actual Emperor in place, then the violence that follows is only to be expected.

Tucker isn't a 'partisan moron,' so you fuck off.

Maybe I'm just crazy but Lou Dobbs and Glen Beck seem like the only sincere people on television talk shows.  They genuinely want the government to do a better job of taking care of people and actually listening to what they say.  Everyone else is just sucking cock for whichever side he thinks is right.

Name: Anonymous 2007-10-17 18:23

Doesn't Glenn Beck think that 9/11 was faked or some shit like that?

Name: Anonymous 2007-10-17 18:28

No, Beck is a Mormon and he thinks whatever the president is doing is great.

>>18

Yeah, I know how you feel. Dobbs and Beck seem the most sincere in their beliefs, the others are just talking points.

Name: Anonymous 2007-10-17 18:41

No, Beck speaks out a lot against a lot of the stupid shit Bush is doing, especially when it comes to Mexico.

All of the Conservative pundits are, so it's not as shocking.

Name: RedCream 2007-10-18 3:14

Beck is a Conservative shill like the rest.  If he could personally drop a grenade upon an Iranian family during their dinner, he'd do it.  Some Mormon he is!
