Hmm.  I live in the USA, and I have yet to come across any people out on the street in the areas in which I live.  Maybe that's because the areas I live in support sensible (conservative) economic policies that are pro-growth and don't stifle business and employment opportunities for the people in the name of promoting big-government and zero accountability?
