That's the same as claiming Native Americans and Asians are the same because they're the same, while they've got similar lineages and the Native Americans even crossed a land bridge from Asia, are not Asian.
Jews and Arabs in the Middle East are properly called SEMITIC peoples. They are the same. There's an Arab variant called the Persian, but Westerners seldom care to make such distinctions in races and cultures they hate. So, we pretend that there are all these different Jews, but that there are no such demarcations in the Arab/Persian world. That's why Westerners are largely the most idiotic educated population that the world has ever seen.
