FAIL. You don't understand taxation at all. The government doesn't own that money. It took it from the taxpayers, who are the ultimate payers for the school district they're in. Since the taxpayers are the source of funds, they teachers are ultimately responsible to them. The taxes the teachers pay is a tiny minority of the overall funds that pay their own salaries and benefits, so their demands can be summarily disregarded.
