Bottom line is it made life better for Africans and at least gave them some kind of civilization. It's a sad thing that it's seen as evil. Most of the Whites that lived in Africa had good intentions.

FAIL.  The IMF and World Bank most assuredly setup the world financial system that removed the colonial infrastructure from the Third World and replaced it with even less infrastructure that performed the theft of their natural resources more efficiently.  All removal of socialistic aspects is a removal of things like medical care and schooling.
