Libertarianism is not anarcho-capitalism. Lead paint is poison. Poisonning people is murder. Libertarians therefore would probably demand those responsible have their asses hauled out of China to be executed for attempted genocide of America children in a Texas jail under threat of a complete boycott of all trade with China.
