The term "regulated" from that era meant to "call up and equip". That means the Second Amendment noted the right of the government to do so. HOWEVER, that still cannot be construed to mean that YOU LOSE THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS when a militia is not under regulation. Do you lose the right to speak freely when the government has no need of it? Do you lose the right to speak freely without first applying for a permit to do so? Do you lose the right to speak freely when you're not currently exercising it? NO, NO, and fucking NO. Gun bans are ALL unconstitutional. The US citizen has the right -- as well expressed from the Constitution and all other formative documents -- to arm himself as he sees fit. The gayfaggotry of the urbanites really started all this ban crap, by thinking they could restrict citizens from walking armed down the street. So, yes, you have the right to take your fully automatic rifle into that school. The teachers, administrators, and other students also have that right. If you feel like "starting some shit", then they being so armed, can stop you in short order. The VA-Tech incident may have been caused by Cho, but the ordeal only continued since the school UNCONSTITUTIONALLY banned firearms from the citizens who were on campus.
