The Second Amendment states quite clearly that Americans have the right to keep and bear arms. Unlike most of that document, the right to keep and bear arms is AFFIRMED. Being the
law of the land, such an affirmed right cannot be constitutionally countered by state or local laws.
So, what gun control do you think is "reasonable" when they keep adding more and more -- unconstitutional, I might add -- restrictions on gun ownership and use? After all, you have to right to speak freely on the streets of your city and town ... but somehow, you don't have the right to bear arms there?
