Crime on the Rise in England Following Ban

Crimes committed with guns are increasing in the UK following their ban on gun ownership.

I'm always amazed about how Americans claim that guns are necessary when in all the countries in which guns are heavily restricted have far lower crime rates.

Also the second ammendment allows Americans the right to bear arms but has anyone ever used this ammendment to sucessfully form an armed miltia.
