Imagine over the next 500 years people cast aside their religious beliefs and adopt Atheism as rational and logical, with religion being considered a series of primitive myths. Considering Christianity and Islam and their various offshoots were the most popular in the world, but were inspired by Judaism, will Jews be blamed for starting such widespread belief in Abramahic religion and by extension all the religious wars in the world?

Blaming the Jewish people is a tradition from ancient historical cultures. As said in Leviticus 16:22: And the Goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a Land not inhabited. Jews have been the scapegoat ever since the formation of their religion and culture, as if ingrained in the human subconscious. Think of Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell, and how basic symbols and archetypes can travel across cultures, resonating true with a large number of people. The Jew is the one whom all cultures and all races can cast their ill feelings towards. When a Jew is being blamed, don't think of it as bigotry, think of it as sharing in a long tradition of world history.
Let me get this stright, you think that because it has been an on going problem it makes it ok and you can justify it with "oh, im not being prejudice, im just taking part in a historical tradition."
