Who needs Israel?

Now that the cold war is over, Israel has become a strategic liability for the United States.  But no aspiring politician is going to say so in public or even raise the possibility because the pro-Israel lobby is so powerful.

i agree that Israel has lost its strategic value lately and that we shouldnt protect them at all

this is not b/c i am antisemetic... im a jew... but it is not the US's job to be a police force for the rest of the world

what america needs right now is to get out of the m.e. and focus on the u.s. (pardon the pun) we also needs a leader that can do it
