I think, well, actually I know that there are several factors to this- one being a simple comparison of the reproduction and sexual activities of the upper classes between the lower classes. However, I think that question is ultimately loaded. Promiscuity, ignorance, lack of education and lack of discriminating behaviors when it comes to sex effect everyone on some level regardless of race or gender.

One needs to only look at the number of people with any type of herpes virus to understand this as being true. Regardless, no matter what explanation I provide- when it comes to blacks the inference will be made that things are this way without a reason and therefore they are innate. There are reasons behind reasons that people aren't usually willing to discuss- so it's kind of useless.

I dated this Korean girl once. She lives in Orange county and has her school paid for by her parents like most upper-middle class people.
