If 4chan was a government, what type of laws would it have?

In order to find out, we'll just have to poll the audience. Mention a couple of facts about the law system you think 4chan would have.

I.e. stuff like:

Prostitution is legal

Businesses must buy and sell carbon credits

Public nudity at work will result in 1 (one) immediate promotion

The 4chan national anthem, the Fresh Price of Bel-Air theme, must be sung before every sporting event

Now that you mention it, #37, that sounds GREAT ... just like the fail that needs to fill ANY government.  The "numerous fiefdom" model makes it almost impossible to mount a military adventure a la Iraq.

Aye, 'tis true. But you also face a huge problem in that, were 4chan threatened by, say, the Myspace Consortium, most fiefs would only fight if threatened directly. The problem of all loose confederations.

Well, #43, it's all in what you value.  If you value liberty, then you won't complain so much when you have to pull guard duty.  People who dislike liberty generally love large government.
