Global warming is based off statistical analysis not global/cosmic physics. There isn't enough of a sample to make a conclusion. Humidity in the air and the position of the sun has a bigger effect on heat then does CO2, which is mostly produced by nature itself. The sun doesn't spin in a 3-d shape you morons. Its a wee bit more complicated than that. Trees absorb co2 (and release o2) during the day when they photosynthesize while they release co2 (and absorb o2) during the night when they respirate. The only time when there is a net absorbtion is when the trees are growing (ie they are below the canopy cieling). So we should plant more trees but it is not an magical solution to our little co2 problem. The only solution is lowering humanmade outputs of greenhouse gases, and this will cost money and decrease standard of living, yet the longer we wait the more expensive and intrusive it will become.

A BRIEF RECAP
4 billion years ago the sun had 1/3 of its current energy output. as the sun ages, its size and heat have increased drastically. however, the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere has decreased drastically over that time period. the earth temperature is able to remain relatively stable because as the energy taken in has increased, the dropping CO2 levels have allowed more of that energy to escape back into space.
recently, the trend of CO2 levels decreasing has reversed, while the trend of the sun increasing its energy output has not. natural life forms are producing and absorbing the same amount of CO2 as they always have, therefore the rising CO2 levels are either due to humans or an act of god.
the conclusions we can draw from this are either :
1) global warming is real and humans are causing it, or
2) god wants to kill us all
