-Everyone is covered so doctors dont have to make immoral choices not to treat a sick or injured patient because s/he cant pay

-Insurance co.s won't be out looking to find any way to save themselves money and deny your claim

-The monetary burden on the people who experience health issues is great under privatized healthcare

Against UHC:

-The tax burden will be very great

-Long lines and waiting times because there are more patients in the system and the doctors aren't encouraged to see more patients because they aren't paid per patient

-Technological developments will be stymied without a corporate incentive to benefit through private enterprise
