Palestine and Israel Conflict

Name: Anonymous 2007-06-14 20:22 ID:Ph1GeECs

God! When will it end???

Now you have Hamas taking over, you can expect it to escalate even further since they are are not willing to budge at all until they have eliminated Israel off the map.

I was reading up general information on the conflict in Wikipedia, and it just makes me sad that after so many decades, the people in power over there just can't realize how wasteful the conflict is.

Name: Anonymous 2007-06-14 21:02 ID:Ph1GeECs

Honestly the only reason this whole shit happened was because back in WW2, the British had this quaint idea to set up a Jewish State on someone else's land.

If they just not brought that up, this would had not happened at all.

Name: Anonymous 2007-06-14 21:38 ID:Gck5SoGF

Why do you place the blame on Hamas?  Since Israel's creation the Jews have only taken land and the Arabs have only given it up.  Sound's like it's the other side that's being unreasonable.

Name: Anonymous 2007-06-14 21:45 ID:bnFXKgBY

Israel always has been a bad idea. Get rid of it.

Name: Anonymous 2007-06-14 21:46 ID:Ph1GeECs

Well its generally a given that Israel is also being unreasonable. I mean you are given someone else's land and you start wanting more and more. What the heck is up with that. Thats what Israel was doing since they were given it.

The problem I see is that both sides have so much hatred with each other, that they just don't want to compromise. Each has their own justice which they want brought down.

You keep hearing of some major progress in peace deals only to later be broken just because of an incident or two.

Only way I see it being solved if when this generation of leaders are totally dead and the generation of now rise up. Takes a whole generation to change mindsets.

How you suggest to do that? Forcefully kick out every Jew out of Israel? Its already been done (Six Day War) and Im sure that is what extermist in Palestine are trying to do. And it hasn't worked.

Vice-versa maybe kicking out every muslim out of Palestine and Israel would solve the problem but look at the amount of shit going on with that.

Whether they like it or not, both parties are not going to move out and forcing them to creates more bloodshed. They just have to learn to co-exist with each other somehow.

I will tell you what will really happen.  The average Israeli couple is having less than two kids because they're too busy wasting their 20s and 30s away with meaningless pursuits in work or school.  The Arabs on the other hand are having 4-6 kids.  Pretty soon Arabs in Israel will outnumber the Jews.  The Jews could try to visit the one vote per person policy, but what will probably happen is the Knesset will grind to a halt with infighting and the Arabs will get sick of it and move in and push all the Zionists into the sea.

Now that you bring up the point about population of Jew and Muslims in Israel.

I can see it now in the new front of the Israel-Palestinian Conflict. The f*cking front. Make as many babies as possible. F*ck as much as possible ;p

People like YOU is the problem.  People who draw a direct correlation between the actions of a government and the desires of its people.  There are people there who just want to live quietly and peacfully, but come to feel the need to join the defence force because their families are being killed.

OP is a dumb fuck.  Hamas has repeatedly said it was willing to accept a peace agreement with pre-1967 borders.  Too bad Israel doesn't want to budge.

Name: Anonymous 2007-06-15 2:44 ID:Cu+g+J2J

o rly?  Then why does Hamas continue to proclaim to the world that they continue to wage war by every means possible against "the Zionist entity?"

Let's say that, just hypothetically, just for lulz, the Israelis withdraw west of the Jordan and give the Gaza Strip to Egypt.

How many seconds is it going to be before Hamas is setting up artillery pieces and shelling Tel Aviv?  HINT:  They and their good friends Hezbollah are doing this ALREADY, though it's not reported much in the left-wing press because they'd rather romanticize psychotic death-cultist suicide bombers and print tear-jerking stories about Evil JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOS slitting the throats of Palestinian children and using their blood to make matzo balls.

Ya know, that's why the Israelis took that land, plus the Golan Heights, in the first place.  The Arabs were shelling Israeli towns with artillery from those areas, and also using them as staging areas for both conventional military attacks and terrorist attacks.  This went on for DECADES.

The Arabs have never negotiated in good faith.  NEVER.  They seek only to gain at the bargaining table what they can't get on the battlefield.  Every concession by Israel has been followed by the Arabs declaring it a victory, breaking their promises, and then coming back to the negotiating table to demand MORE.

I think there is only one solution here, and the Israelis have the means but not the will.  Permanently annex all the land they won from the Arabs in 1967, which will leave Israel with semi-defensible borders.  Then expel all the Arabs, every last one, every man, woman, and child.  The ones in Gaza are Egyptians, the ones on the West Bank are Jordanians.  Those governments can take them in and deal with them.  Or not.  Or turn them into Soylent Green.  Whatever.  Then the Israelis have to fortify the borders--land mines, barbed wire, 24/7 patrols by troops with orders to shoot on sight and shoot to kill.  And then the Israelis will have to tell the Arab League, OPEC, and the United Nations to go take a flying fuck at a rolling bagel, and mean it.

The alternative is more of the "peace process," more negotiations with fanatical death-cultist terrorists for whom lies at the negotiation table are every bit as acceptable a weapon as suicide bombers blowing themselves up on buses full of Israeli schoolchildren, more concessions to people who say, "okay, we promised we'd end the terrorist attacks, but now we want the city of Eilat, and we'll stop when you give us THAT, we mean it this time, gimme gimme," and finally the same fate as Rhodesia:  the Arabs will overrun them and exterminate them, even as they declare to the world press a "peaceful, democratic power-sharing agreement."  And the left-wing press will paint it as "evil colonial racists getting their just desserts."

But maybe the last Jew will have the last laugh as he dies, because driving the Jews into the sea won't save the Arabs from their own savage, murderous nature any more than driving Whitey into the sea could suddenly make Rhodes--um, scuse me, Zimbabwe--into a modern air-conditioned industrialized paradise.  The last Jews will not be dead before the towelheads are back at what they've been doing for all of recorded history, back at each other's throats, Sunni against Shi'ite against Wahhabi, Arab against Persian, monarchist against Marxist, Allah akbar and pass the ammunition.  It'll be Lord of the Flies with AK47s instead of spears, until the ammunition runs out and the rifles break, and then they'll kill each other with sticks and stones.  Forever.  Look at Iraq today.  Hell, look at Hamas and Fatah right now, and they haven't even won their jihad against the infidels yet.  That is their future.  Forever.  It's what Arabs do, after all.  It's what they do best.

And what do you think all the muslim countries will do after this? Sit in a circle and think that "Oh well, the Jews just violently threw millions of our relatives out of the homes where thay had lived for decades if not for hundreds of years, anyone wanna play some poker?" No, they will probably announce an all-out war and no matter how many dollars USA throws in there, Israel still cannot stand against every arab state.

Honestly the only reason this whole shit happened was because back in WW2, the British had this quaint idea to set up a Jewish State on their own land, and a few squatters got pissed and started blowing up school buses until Israel finally gave up a SIZABLE chunk of the .2% of the muslim lands the country takes up.

HINT:  The Arabs tried it in 1947 and got their asses kicked up into their tiny pointy little inbred sandnigger heads.  And 1956.  And 1967.  And 1973.  They failed even with vast support from the USSR.  Now without superpower support, what do you think their chances are?

And now, one may presume, the Israelis have a nuclear arsenal.  Therefore all they really need to do is fortify the border sufficiently to keep terrorist infiltrators from coming in.  Any massed Arab armies rolling up outside their borders can be converted into radioactive dust pretty trivially.

Arabs suck. I doubt most people on 4chan want to suck the cocks off the camel jockeys currently blowing the shit out of everything and everyone in Iraq, but when it comes to the Palestinians, then 'OH WOW YOU POOR PEOPLE H8 DEM JOOS'

Seriously, they're ALL ARABS, and they all have the same fucking problem- that they are Arabs. Their culture is a static corpse, and they just can't find a way to get over it. I mean, excuse me for not wanting to fund Hamas with government aid paid for by my taxes, but I'd much rather support liberal democracies who benefit our military and our economy, thanks.

LMAO at the idea of Israel being a democracy that benefit our military and our economy.  LOOOLL

Israel has cost the US well over a trillion dollars and sucked us into at least three conflicts.  All this with ZERO return to the US.  Israel isn't even required to spend it's American aid on American products!

Hamas got elected in a legit election. I believe that even if the people picked an unpoplular candidate their choice would be respected. That may even be a cornerstone in democracy. I didnt start to boycott the US when George Diablo Bush got elected, even though i know i should.

Israel on the other hand. It has an arabpopulation of 20% yet theres no arabs in the knesset, there was one but he was accused of sabotaging the war effort against lebanon and got ousted. Arabs are not allowed to join the military. Jews all over the world are allowed to be citizens in israel automatically, its in their constitution. Laws that give one ethnicity advantages over another is discriminatory and undemocratic. In a liberal democracy it doesnt matter what you are as long as you are a citizen, your ethnicity is your private concern, i.e. Israel is not a liberal democracy.

It's interesting how The United States wants a democracy over there, but the second they elected Hamas legitimately, all of the Joo Ivory Towers* and Defense Department cronies were up in arms and wanted them to decide differently.

*Chomsky didn't.

Can you enlighten me when Hamas declared war on all of western civilization? And despite that, did not Bush declare war on all muslim civilization? Should his home be bombed and his assets frozen? If not, why?
