I agree with all that you say, but you must understand that while white people, having created this culture, have no difficulties adapting to it, black people will have a much harder time, as they developed their initial culture in a totally different climate in totally different circumstances. They do have to conform to this culture (well, unless someone else decides to take over the world before) and have no worries, they will, given enough time.
