I have a local Methodist Church near my house, and I have to say the people who attend there are absolutely the nicest, kindest, and most understanding people I've ever met. Their whole life is dedicated to helping others. I don't get their religion, but I can totally respect them as good people.

And Muslims? They kill their daughters, ritually scar their sons, beat and rape their wives, and bring their shit caveman culture to all corners of the world, destroying everything in their path.

Christians are superior to those fucking sandnigger bums.

Christians pretend to be good on Sunday but the rest of the week they do drugs, see prostitutes, and do other sins.

A Christian can at least say "Our religion must not be like evil religions.", if an atheist tried he would be responded to with "Atheism is not a religion fool. It's a philosophy.". If atheism is not a religion it certainly acts like one.

If you look up religion it's described as "a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe...", and i suppose you could call atheism that if you say that atheism is the belief that there are no gods, rather than the lack of belief that there are gods.

Today I was mulling over why some people are born brain dead and what a waste of a life that is.

I started considering if there was a God who was benevolent and omniscient as many Western Religions say, then why would such a god create invalids to live their lives without free thought -- Something which God in the Christian tradition provided in creation.

Then I wandered onto the point that inheritable traits such as eye color, hair color, intelligence and genetics are understood by most contemporary religions, and thus they'd understand exactly why little Jimmy can't form sentences -- a contingency existed when he was created by genes that inheritable idiocy would have been a likely factor.

Thus, I conclude that by this simple understanding of genetics creating the persons traits of religious people, and all aberrations of genetics are accounted for by both mother and father, that natural selection is proven and thus, the E word -- Evolution, which discounts creation.

Granted, also congruent with this is the fact that religion doesn't cause the problems some religions perpetuate, they were there to begin with and religion just provides the organisational structure for these problems to become epic. What matters is how the religion operates. Yes, perhaps atheism is a better religion, however I have never found an atheist willing to admit that atheism is just another religion which gives them a convenient excuse not to criticise themselves as they criticise other religions. Dawkins and such like calling for a unified atheist movement against other religions may create religion that is worse than the religions they constantly bitch whine about. A religion founded on the conviction not of some silly myths, but on the very belief that they are superior to other religions itself. In Fear and Trembling, the action is Abraham killing his son on the commandment of God. Now the question posed is, why is it right for Abraham to kill when God both says not to kill and to kill. It is the laws of man that say you should not kill, and yet the same laws of man commanded by a God, God tells Abraham to kill Isaac.
