Since holding political office has proven to be one of those jobs Americans just won't do we should outsource Congress to a place where it can be done much cheaper. I recommend Mexico because it will put them much closer to their constituents. We could probably buy a whole committee for what some of them hide in their freezer. The laws they pass don't mean jack shit anyway so there is absolutely nothing to loose but the whining.
