A question to people who hate blacks?

Why do so many 4chaners think black people are retarded.  In 2000 and 2004, 90% of black voters didn't vote for Bush. In those same elections, approx. 66% of white men DID vote for Bush.

On the basis of this data, I ask you, who is retarded?

Who said anything about genes? It's called CULTURE, sir, and theirs produces a lot of retards. Proof? Blacks perform well below average in all standardized tests.
