A question to people who hate blacks?

Why do so many 4chaners think black people are retarded.  In 2000 and 2004, 90% of black voters didn't vote for Bush. In those same elections, approx. 66% of white men DID vote for Bush.

On the basis of this data, I ask you, who is retarded?

there's published medical research linking a variety of cancers, heart diseases, bone density and metabolic rate to specific genes.  So where's the report that links intelligence to genetics?
