There's nothing really wrong with it. If a diplomat pulls a Lethal Weapon 2, the country he's in can just demand that the guy's home country recall him... and, if they refuse, then the first country can call of diplomatic relations. Which is what happens right before someone declares war.

Is it possible for person 1 to find out person 2's personal information and identity, then use it to ruin to person 2's life, then hide behind diplomatic immunity?
Also, do you have to be a diplomat, or can you be someone under direction relation to use diplomatic immunity.
